How therapy can help you

Whatever challenges you’re facing, therapy can help you to find balance and chart a course to the life you want.

Here are some of issues that I can help with.
Guidance to help calm your nervous system, learn to cope with triggers, and promote lasting healing and growth. I provide EMDR and other therapies.
Support to help recognize and shift thinking patterns, develop sustainable coping skills, and rediscover meaning.

Guidance to help quiet your active mind, your nervous system, and get through challenging moments.

Whether you’ve lost a loved one, a job, a friend, or an identity,  I provide a compassionate space to process the many ways grief impacts our lives.
Support and guidance to cope with change, whether it be a new job, starting or ending a relationship, health issues, and new circumstance in life.

Explore and cope with the challenges of getting older in a caring, compassionate space.

Personal, realistic and sustainable skills inspired by mindfulness and cognitive perspectives.

About My Practice

Welcome to my therapy practice! I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 18 years of experience. To me, therapy is a place to get back on your feet, learn new skills, and navigate to the next part of your journey.

Do you want to learn to live a meaningful, fulfilling life? Do you want to manage difficult thoughts and feelings? Are you ready to start a journey of self-discovery? My role is as a guide, a support, and an advocate along the way.

My approach is non-judgmental, personal, flexible, and compassionate. It is guided by your feedback and needs. I’ve worked with a diverse range of people throughout my career, including LGBTQ+ people, trans people pre- and post-transition, veterans, first responders, and older adults.

I am here to help you recover from the trauma, grief, and pain that is holding you back. If you’re ready to get started, please reach out to me. We can connect about your needs, your hopes, and the challenges that are getting in the way.

Life’s storms keep coming. Therapy offers shelters, new skills, and support until you ready to get back out there again and enjoy the view.

I offer teletherapy to adult (18+) residents of California.
