About My Practice
Welcome to my therapy practice! I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 18 years of experience. To me, therapy is a place to get back on your feet, learn new skills, and navigate to the next part of your journey.
Do you want to learn to live a meaningful, fulfilling life? Do you want to manage difficult thoughts and feelings? Are you ready to start a journey of self-discovery? My role is as a guide, a support, and an advocate along the way.
My approach is non-judgmental, personal, flexible, and compassionate. It is guided by your feedback and needs. I’ve worked with a diverse range of people throughout my career, including LGBTQ+ people, trans people pre- and post-transition, veterans, first responders, and older adults.
I am here to help you recover from the trauma, grief, and pain that is holding you back. If you’re ready to get started, please reach out to me. We can connect about your needs, your hopes, and the challenges that are getting in the way.
Life’s storms keep coming. Therapy offers shelters, new skills, and support until you ready to get back out there again and enjoy the view.
I offer teletherapy to adult (18+) residents of California.

Compassionate guidance and support on your journey through loss.
A combination of cognitive behavioral and mindfulness changes your relationship with difficult thoughts and feelings.
